(1) In case of a disaster in any place, the weather station and other service providers must immediately inform the relevant local disaster management committee.
(2) Meteorology and other service providers must comply with the instructions given by the District Disaster Management Committee and the Local Disaster Management Committee to provide emergency search, rescue and relief.
(3) The meteorological service provider shall have the right to enter any place and use the means and resources of any person or organization in accordance with the order of the local disaster management committee while performing emergency work.
